The natural and cultural history of Maui has much to teach the world. For example, the AHUPUA’A System is a socioeconomic and geologic subdivision of land that connected the summit to the sea. What if the whole world operated like a modern day version of this system? This is what we are doing at Maui Gaia starting with tourism.
